FAQs

Are all styles that are available instore in Rose & Poetry available to buy online?

We have  carefully selected an range of styles for our online store. Our biggest selection of items however

will always be available in our boutique. However, we do have some online exclusives that are not

available in the boutique and visa versa. Just to keep things interesting!

If I see something online, can I come instore to try it on?

Yes, of course you can. However we cannot guarantee that the items will

still be available as they may sell out via the online store.

Can I place an order online and collect it instore?

Unfortunately a Click & Collect service is not available at this time.  All online orders will be shipped to you

standard delivery within 3-5 business days once payment has been made. To see more info on delivery click here.

However If you are close enough to our store why not just pop in and say hi! If you can't make it in that day just give us a

call, we can reserve an item for you for 24hrs so you can call in, try on and enjoy the Rose & Poetry instore experience!

What is the Rose & Poetry online returns policy?

We want you to be delighted with everything you buy online. Occasionally though, we know you

may want to return or exchange something. To find out how to do this, click here.

How long does it take to get refunded?

As long as you follow our returns procedure, you should be refunded within 30 days of you returning your

item to us, however, this is generally a lot sooner. For more information on refunds please click here.

How do I resolve an issue with an order?

While it doesn't happen often, sometimes we can make a mistake. If there’s a problem with your order,

or the goods themselves, please let us know straight away. Email us at hello@roseandpoetryboutique.co.uk

and include your order number and the issue with the order. 

Can I purchase a Rose & Poetry gift card online?

Yes, you most certainly can! Click here to select a gift card. 

Can I use Rose & Poetry gift cards or credit notes as form of payment on the website?

At present, we unfortunately can’t accept credit notes or gift cards as a form of payment online directly,

however, if you contact us we will try our best to accommodate your order and payment via the instore

system so you can use your gift card or credit note for your purchase.

What is your instore returns policy for Rose & Poetry?

Our instore policy is different to our online returns policy. Instore, you can exchange or receive a credit note

to the value of the goods purchased (provided they have been returned, unworn, unused and in original

saleable condition) within a 14 day period from the date of purchase. We don’t offer refunds instore and there

is no return on sale/reduced goods.

Is there a hold system available in-store?

Yes, if you cannot make it instore for some reason and wish to secure an item you can give us a call and

we can hold it for you for 24hrs.
